Removal Procedure
- Remove the power nuts that retain the power seat to the floor.
- Disconnect the power seat electrical connector at the floor.
- Remove the following from the floor studs:
- Remove the seat and riser assembly from the vehicle.
- Remove the bolts that retain the seat to the seat riser.
- Remove the seat from the seat risers.
- Disconnect the electrical connector at the back of the seat control.
- Remove the seat riser spacer nuts and bolts.
- Remove the seat riser spacer from the riser.

Installation Procedure
- Connect the power seat electrical connector at the back of the seat control.
- Install the seat to the seat riser.
- Install the bolts that retain the seat to the seat riser.
- Install the following components to the floor stud:
- Install the seat and riser assembly to the vehicle.
- Connect the electrical connector at the floor.
- Install the nuts that retain the seat to the floor.
Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.
Tighten
Tighten the seat to the riser bolts to 30 N·m (22 lb ft).

Tighten
Tighten the seat riser to the floor nuts to 43 N·m (32 lb ft).
