Follow all state and local authority requirements for aiming headlamps.
Inspect the aim of the headlights when you replace a headlamp. Replacement will not necessarily require aiming adjustment.
Adjust the horizontal and the vertical aim of each headlamp by turning the 2 screws provided. The 2 screws move the mounting ring against the tension of a coil spring.
Adjust the horizontal and the vertical aim of each headlamp by turning the 2 screws that are located at the top of the composite headlamp.
Open the hood in order to access the adjusting screws.
Turn the adjustment screws with a T15 Torx® bit.
Turn the inboard adjustment screw in order to adjust the headlamp vertically.
Turn the outboard adjustment screw in order to adjust the headlamp horizontally.
