Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 296154 Size: SH
  1. Gently push the lens assembly toward the front edge of the door.
  2. Lift the rear of the assembly from the door by using a mechanical aid.
  3. Pivot the lens from the door in order to clear the retaining tab at the front edge.
  4. Remove the bulb from the lens assembly (if equipped).
  5. Remove the lens assembly from the vehicle.
  6. Remove the bulb from the socket (if required for service).

Installation Procedure

  1. Install the bulb into the socket (if required for service).
  2. Install the assembly to the vehicle.
  3. Install the bulb into the lens assembly (if equipped).
  4. Insert the tab on the lens into the slot in the door panel at the front edge.
  5. Pivot the lens into the door panel.
  6. Press the lens assembly at the rear until the lens snaps into the door panel.
