Removal Procedure

  1. Support the door for removal, with the aid of an assistant.
  2. Remove the center track cover. Refer to Roller Track Replacement - Sliding Door Center .

  3. Object Number: 324152  Size: SH
  4. Remove the bolts (5) from the center roller bracket (2) that attach to the door (3).

  5. Object Number: 324150  Size: SH
  6. Remove the bolts (3) from the lower roller bracket (2) that attach to the door (1).

  7. Object Number: 324153  Size: SH
  8. Remove the bolts (4) from the upper roller bracket (1) that attach to the door.
  9. Remove the door from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

  1. Install the door to the vehicle with the aid of an assistant.

  2. Object Number: 324153  Size: SH

    Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  3. Install the bolts (4) to the upper roller bracket (1) that attach to the door.
  4. Tighten
    Tighten the upper roller bracket bolts to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).

  5. Install the bolts (3) to the lower roller bracket (2) that attach to the door.
  6. Tighten
    Tighten the lower roller bracket bolts to 35 N·m (26 lb ft).


    Object Number: 324152  Size: SH
  7. Install the bolts (5) to the center roller bracket (2) that attach to the door.
  8. Tighten
    Tighten the lower roller bracket bolts to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).

  9. Install the center track cover. Refer to Roller Track Replacement - Sliding Door Center .
