Rear Seat Back Cushion Frame Replacement YC5 and YC6

1. Remove the seat back trim cover and pad assembly. Refer to Rear Seat Cushion Cover and Pad Replacement .
2. Remove the latch release cable. Refer to Rear Seat Cushion Cover and Pad Replacement .

1. Install the rear seat latch release cable.
2. Install the seat back trim cover and pad assembly. Refer to Rear Seat Cushion Cover and Pad Replacement .

Rear Seat Back Cushion Frame Replacement YC7

1. Remove the seat back trim cover and pad assembly. Refer to Rear Seat Cushion Cover and Pad Replacement .




Important: Note the position and the length of the bolts removed. This will assist with reassembly.

2. Remove the bolts retaining the seat back frame to the hinges.
3. Remove the seat back frame from the seat assembly.

1. Install the seat back frame to the seat assembly.

Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

2. Install the bolts retaining the seat back frame to the hinges in the locations noted during disassembly.

Tighten
Tighten the bolts to 30 N·m (22 lb ft).

3. Install the seat back trim cover and pad assembly.
