1. Disconnect the radio.
2. Place the ignition switch in the RUN position.
3. Connect a text lampJ 35616-200 from CKT 1140 (ORN) cavity 10 at the radio connector C1 to ground.

Does the test lamp light?

Go to Step 3

Go to Step 5

Connect a test lampJ 35616-200 from CKT 1140 (ORN) cavity 10 to CKT 1050 (BLK) cavity 5 at the radio connector C1 to ground.

Does the test lamp light?

Go to Step 4

Go to Step 6

Connect a test lampJ 35616-200 from CKT 43 (YEL) cavity 9 at the radio connector C1 to ground.

Does the test lamp light?

Go to Step 7

Go to Step 8

Repair the open in CKT 1140 (ORN) between the radio and the IP fuse block.

Is the repair complete?

Go to Radio/Audio System Check

Repair the open in CKT 1050 (BLK) between the radio and GND G200.

Is the repair complete?

--

Go to Radio/Audio System Check

--

1. Remove the radio. Refer to Radio Replacement .
2. Send the radio in for repair

Is the repair complete?

Go to Radio/Audio System Check

--

Repair the open in CKT 43 (YEL) between the radio and the IP fuse block.

Is the repair complete?
