Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the floor air outlet (center) from the vehicle. Refer to Floor Air Outlet Replacement - Center .
  2. Remove the vacuum connector.
  3. Slide the actuator off the mounting bracket in order to remove the actuator.
  4. Rotate the mode door linkage down.
  5. Rotate the actuator (2) so that the actuator linkage slips off the post on the mode door linkage.

    6. Object Number: 499351 Size: SH
  6. Remove the actuator linkage from the mode door linkage.

Installation Procedure
  1. Rotate the mode door linkage down.
  2. Rotate the actuator so that the actuator linkage slips over the post on the mode door linkage.

    3. Object Number: 499351 Size: SH
  3. Install the actuator linkage to the mode door linkage.
  4. Slide the actuator (2) onto the mounting bracket in order to install the actuator.

    5. Firmly press the actuator into place in order to fully seat the fastener.

  5. Install the vacuum connector.
  6. Install the floor air outlet (center) to the vehicle. Refer to Floor Air Outlet Replacement - Center .
