Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the front door lower pillar garnish molding. Refer to Lower Pillar Garnish Molding Replacement .
  2. Remove the passenger side body side trim panel. Refer to Body Side Trim Panel Replacement - Right Side .

    3. Object Number: 318802 Size: SH
  3. Grasp and gently pull up on the side door stepwell mat in order to release the retaining clips.

    4. Object Number: 318805 Size: SH
  4. Disconnect the electrical connector from the stepwell lamp.
  5. Remove the side door stepwell mat from the vehicle.
  6. Inspect the side door stepwell mat for broken or missing retaining clips. Replace the retaining clips as needed.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 318805 Size: SH
  1. Install the side door stepwell mat to the vehicle.
  2. Connect the electrical connector to the stepwell lamp.

    3. Object Number: 318802 Size: SH
  3. Press down on the side door stepwell mat in order to engage the retaining clips.
  4. Install the passenger side body side trim panel. Refer to Body Side Trim Panel Replacement - Right Side .
  5. Install the front door lower pillar garnish molding. Refer to Lower Pillar Garnish Molding Replacement .
