  1. Disconnect the connector at the right low beam composite headlamp.
  2. Connect a J 39200 DMM between the right low beam composite headlamp connector, cavity B for CKT 151 (BLK/WHT).

Is continuity present?

Repair the open in CKT 151 (BLK/WHT) between the right low beam composite headlamp and ground G109.

Is the right low beam headlamp operative?

--

Go to Headlight System Check

  1. Place the headlamp switch in the headlamp position.
  2. Select low beam on the headlamp dimmer switch.
  3. Connect an unpowered test lamp between the right low beam composite headlamp connector, cavity A for CKT 12 (TAN), and ground.

Does the test lamp light?

Is the filament of the right low beam headlamp open?

Replace the right low beam headlamp.
