1. Disconnect the connector at the right high beam composite headlamp.
2. Connect a J 39200 DMM between the right high beam composite headlamp connector, cavity B for CKT 151 (BLK/WHT).

Is continuity present?

Go to Step 3

Repair the open in CKT 151 (BLK/WHT) between the right high beam composite headlamp and ground G109.

Is the right high beam headlamp operative?

--

Go to Headlight System Check

Go to Step 4

1. Place the headlamp switch in the headlamp position.
2. Select high beam on the headlamp dimmer switch.
3. Connect an unpowered test lamp between the right high beam composite headlamp connector, cavity A for CKT 11 (LT GRN), and ground.

Does the test lamp light?

Is the filament of the right high beam headlamp open?

Go to Step 7

Replace the right high beam headlamp.

Is the right high beam headlamp operative?

Go to Step 7

Replace the right high beam composite headlamp socket assembly.

Is the right high beam headlamp operative?

Go to Step 8

Repair the open in CKT 11 (LT GRN) between splice S144 and the right high beam composite headlamp.

Is the right high beam headlamp operative?
