Go to Headlight System Check

1. Disconnect the connector at the right sealed beam headlamp.
2. Connect a J 39200 DMM between the right sealed beam headlamp connector, cavity A for CKT 150 (BLK), and ground.

Is continuity present?

Go to Step 3

Repair the open in CKT 150 (BLK) between the right sealed beam headlamp and ground G109.

Does the right sealed beam headlamp high beam and low beam operate?

Go to Headlight System Check

Go to Step 4

1. Place the headlamp switch in the headlamp position.
2. Select low beam on the headlamp dimmer switch.
3. Connect an unpowered test lamp between the right sealed beam headlamp connector, cavity C for CKT 12 (TAN), and ground.

Does the test lamp light?

Go to Step 5

Repair the open in CKT 12 (TAN) between splice S143 and the right sealed beam headlamp.

Does the right sealed beam headlamp high beam and low beam operate?

Go to Headlight System Check

Go to Step 6

1. Connect an unpowered test lamp between the right sealed beam headlamp connector, cavity B for CKT 11 (LT GRN), and ground.
2. Select high beam on the headlamp dimmer switch.

Does the test lamp light?

Go to Step 8

Replace the right sealed beam headlamp assembly.

Does the right sealed beam headlamp high beam and low beam operate?

Go to Step 8

Repair the open in CKT 11 (LT GRN) between splice S144 and the right sealed beam headlamp.

Does the right sealed beam headlamp high beam and low beam operate?
