Makes 🢒 GMC_Truck 🢒 2000 🢒 Savana 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Cooling 🢒 Auxiliary Air Outlet Duct Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the left rear quarter trim panel. Refer to Body Side Trim Panel Replacement - Left Side in Interior Trim.
  2. Remove the left rear corner garnish molding. Refer to Body Rear Corner Garnish Molding Replacement in Interior Trim.

    3. Object Number: 301701 Size: SH
  3. Remove the retainers from the air duct.
  4. Partially lower the rear headliner in order to remove the upper air duct from the vent duct.
  5. Disconnect the duct from the auxiliary heater.
  6. Remove the duct from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 301701 Size: SH
  1. Install the duct to the vehicle.
  2. Connect the duct to the auxiliary heater.
  3. Connect the air duct to the upper headliner.
  4. Install the headliner.
  5. Install the retainers to the air duct.
  6. Install the left rear corner garnish molding. Refer to Body Side Trim Panel Replacement - Left Side in Interior Trim.
  7. Install the left rear quarter trim panel. Refer to Body Rear Corner Garnish Molding Replacement in Interior Trim.

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the left rear quarter trim panel. Refer to Body Side Rear Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.

    2. Object Number: 301704 Size: SH
  2. Remove the retainers from the air duct.
  3. Disconnect the air duct from the floor vent.
  4. Remove the duct from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 301704 Size: SH
  1. Install the air duct to the vehicle.
  2. Connect the air duct to the floor vent.
  3. Install the retainers to the air duct.
  4. Install the left rear quarter trim panel. Refer to Body Side Rear Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
