Power Steering Pump Pulley Replacement Gasoline

Tools Required

1. Remove the upper fan shroud. Refer to Fan Shroud Replacement in Engine Cooling.
2. Remove the serpentine belt from the vehicle. Install a 3/8 inch drive ratchet on the tensioner arm and rotate the arm counterclockwise.



3. Install the J 25034-C to the outer lip of the steering pump.



4. Remove the pulley.

1. Use the J 25033-C in order to install the steering pump pulley to the pump.
2. Install the serpentine belt to the vehicle. Install a 3/8 inch drive ratchet on the tensioner and rotate arm counterclockwise.
3. Install the upper fan shroud. Refer to Fan Shroud Replacement in Engine Cooling.

Power Steering Pump Pulley Replacement Diesel

Tools Required

1. Remove the serpentine belt from the vehicle. Install a 3/8 inch drive ratchet on the tensioner arm and rotate the arm counterclockwise.



2. Install the J 25034-C to the outer lip of the steering pump.



3. Remove the pulley.

1. Remove the upper fan shroud from the vehicle. Refer to Fan Shroud Replacement in Engine Cooling.



2. Use the J 25033-C in order to install the steering pump pulley to the pump.
3. Install the serpentine belt to the vehicle. Install a 3/8 inch drive ratchet on the tensioner arm and rotate the arm counterclockwise.
4. Install the upper fan shroud to the vehicle. Refer to Fan Shroud Replacement in Engine Cooling.
