Removal Procedure
  1. Raise the vehicle. Support the vehicle with suitable safety stands. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
  2. Remove the air baffle from the vehicle. Refer to Air Intake Baffle Replacement - Radiator .
  3. Disconnect the oil cooler lines from the auxiliary oil cooler. Refer to Engine Oil Cooler Hose/Pipe Replacement in Engine Cooling.

    4. Object Number: 160859 Size: SH
  4. Remove the auxiliary oil cooler from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 160859 Size: SH
  1. Install the auxiliary oil cooler.
  2. Install the air baffle to the vehicle. Refer to Air Intake Baffle Replacement - Radiator .
  3. Connect the oil cooler lines to the vehicle. Refer to Engine Oil Cooler Hose/Pipe Replacement in Engine Cooling.
  4. Remove the safety stands.
  5. Lower the vehicle.
