Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 334098 Size: SH
  1. Remove the right side rear door trim panel. Refer to Rear Door Trim Panel Replacement - Right Side .
  2. Remove the right side rear door extension. Refer to Rear Door Outer Extension Panel Replacement .
  3. Remove the right side rear door inside handle. Refer to Rear Door Inside Handle Replacement .
  4. Remove the right side rear door outside handle. Refer to Rear Door Outside Handle and License Pocket Replacement .
  5. Remove the right side rear door wiring harness from the door. Refer to Door Wiring Harness Replacement .
  6. Remove the right side rear door hinged rear window or stationary window, if needed. Refer to Hinged Rear Window Replacement or Rear Window Replacement in Stationary Windows.
  7. Remove the right side rear door weatherstrips, if needed. Refer to Front and Rear Side Door Lower Weatherstrip Replacement in Doors.
  8. Remove the right side rear door rear lock. Refer to Rear Door Lock Replacement in Doors.
  9. Remove the right side rear door speaker, if equipped. Refer to Radio Rear Side Door Speaker Replacement in Entertainment.
  10. Remove the bolts that retain the right side rear door upper and the lower door hinges to the body.
  11. Remove the right side rear door from the vehicle with an assistant.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 334098 Size: SH
  1. Install the right side rear door to the vehicle with an assistant.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the bolts in order to retain the right side rear door upper and the lower door hinges to the body.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the retaining bolts to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).

  3. Install the right side rear door rear door speaker, if equipped. Refer to Radio Rear Side Door Speaker Replacement in Entertainment.
  4. Install the right side rear door lock. Refer to Rear Door Lock Replacement in Doors.
  5. Install the right side rear door weatherstrips, if needed. Refer to Front and Rear Side Door Lower Weatherstrip Replacement in Doors.
  6. Install the right side rear door hinged rear window or stationary window, if needed. Refer to Hinged Rear Window Replacement or Rear Window Replacement in Stationary Windows.
  7. Install the right side rear door wiring harness to the door. Refer to Door Wiring Harness Replacement .
  8. Install the right side rear door outside handle. Refer to Rear Door Outside Handle and License Pocket Replacement .
  9. Install the right side rear door inside handle. Refer to Rear Door Inside Handle Replacement .
  10. Install the right side rear door extension. Refer to Rear Door Outer Extension Panel Replacement .
  11. Install the right side rear door trim panel. Refer to Rear Door Trim Panel Replacement - Right Side .
