Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the engine cover. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement .
  2. Remove the charge air inlet pipe. Refer to Charged Air Cooler Hoses/Pipes Replacement .

    3. Object Number: 1732378 Size: SH
  3. Remove the engine wiring harness bracket bolts (2), position the wiring harness and bracket aside.

    4. Object Number: 1732395 Size: SH
  4. Remove the fuel return hose clips (1).

    5. Object Number: 1732415 Size: SH
  5. Disconnect the fuel return hose from the injectors.

    6. Object Number: 1734290 Size: SH
  6. Disconnect the fuel return hose from the fuel line.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1734290 Size: SH
  1. Connect the fuel return hose to the fuel line.

    2. Object Number: 1732415 Size: SH
  2. Connect the fuel return hose to the injectors.

    3. Object Number: 1732395 Size: SH
  3. Install the fuel return hose clips (1).

    4. Object Number: 1732378 Size: SH
  4. Position the wiring harness and bracket. Install the engine wiring harness bracket bolts (2).
  5. Install the charge air inlet pipe. Refer to Charged Air Cooler Hoses/Pipes Replacement .
  6. Install the engine cover. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement .
