Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the engine cover. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement .

    2. Object Number: 344169 Size: SH
  2. Disconnect the spark plug wires at the ignition coils.

    3. Object Number: 339299 Size: SH
  3. Disconnect the ignition coil harness connector.

    4. Object Number: 344167 Size: SH
  4. Remove the ignition coil mounting bolts.

    5. Object Number: 339300 Size: SH
  5. Remove the ignition coil.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 339300 Size: SH
  1. Install the ignition coil to the bracket.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 344167 Size: SH
  2. Install the ignition coil mounting bolts.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the ignition coil mounting bolts to 8 N·m (71 lb in).

  3. Connect the ignition coil harness connector.

    4. Object Number: 344169 Size: SH
  4. Connect the spark plug wires at the ignition coils.
  5. Install the engine cover. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement .
