P245/75R16 Goodyear Wrangler ST tires are used as original equipment on the Express/Savana vans and on the Silverado/Sierra pickups. Although these tires look nearly identical, including the same TPC number, 1153MS, the van tires are a different construction than the pickup tires.
These tires have different part numbers. However, the only way to visually identify each tire is by their DOT number, molded on the tire sidewall near the rim flange. The first part of the DOT number will be different by one letter. Refer to the following tire descriptions.

When replacing tires on these vehicles, the van tire MUST be used on the van, and the pickup tire MUST be used on the pickup.
To distinguish between these two tires, the van tire will soon have a TPC number of 1285MS .
