Intermediate Rear Side Door Inside Handle Rivets

Procedure

1. Remove the intermediate rear side door water deflector.
2. Remove the center of the rivets using a center punch.
3. Drill out the rivet from the inside door handle using a 6.35 mm (1/4 in) drill bit.

Procedure

Remove the lock rod and door handle rod from the inside door handle.

Procedure

Install the inside door handle by inserting the tabs located on the back of the handle into the rear side door inner panel slots.
