Preliminary Procedures

1. Remove the intermediate side door trim panel, left rear front. Refer to Rear Side 60/40 Door Trim Panel Replacement - Left Side.
2. Remove the intermediate side water deflector. Refer to Front Side Door Water Deflector Replacement.

Intermediate Side Door Lock Cylinder Rod

Procedure

Release the lock cylinder rod from the door lock.

Intermediate Side Door Outside Handle Rod

Procedure

Release the outside handle rod from the lock retainer clip.

Intermediate Side Door Lock Bolt (Qty: 2)

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

Tighten
10 N·m (89 lb in)

Intermediate Side Door Outside Handle

Procedure

Remove to outside door handle with the rod attached.
