Preliminary Procedure

1. Open the rear access doors.
2. Remove the rear back body opening side applique. Refer to Back Body Opening Side Applique and Tail Lamp Replacement.

Back Body Opening Upper Applique Screw (Qty: 2)

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

Tighten
2 N·m (18 lb in)

Back Body Opening Upper Applique Nut (Qty: 4)

Tighten
6 N·m (53 lb in)

High Mounted Stop Lamp Electrical Harness and Grommet

Tip
Disconnect the harness grommet from the body then disconnect the electrical connector.

Tip
Transfer the high mounted stop lamp. Refer to High Mount Stop Lamp Replacement.
