Important: After servicing the power-folding mirrors, it is necessary to ensure that they are set in the full locked position. The mirror housing must be fully retracted inboard and then extended to its outboard position to lock
the mirror in place. Cycle the power folding mirrors 3 times using the mirror switch on the drivers side door panel in order to fully implement the detent feature of these mirrors. Failure to do this could cause the mirrors to fold inward when the vehicle
is at highway speeds.
