Clutch is improperly installed
| Remove the clutch and install it correctly. Refer to

Clutch disc dampener worn or damaged
|
- Inspect the clutch disc for a broken or worn dampener, except 6.6L.
- Replace the clutch assembly. Refer to

Dual mass flywheel, 6.6L engine only
|
- Inspect the dual mass flywheel for failure. Refer to

- Replace the dual mass flywheel if it is faulty. Refer to

Clutch disc splines and input shaft splines worn
|
- Inspect the clutch disc hub to input shaft splines for excessive clearance.
- Replace the clutch assembly if the clutch splines are worn. Refer to
