Some customers may comment of a rattle type noise from the instrument panel or hood/cowl area. This concern could be caused by a lack of lube at the hood hinge area, as shown below.

To repair this concern lube the hood hinge with white lithium grease.

Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
