The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.
Condition/Concern:
Some customers may comment of the radio clock resetting to 12:00 on the UM7 or U1C radio. This concern may be very intermittent and difficult to duplicate.
Recommendation/Instructions:
To correct this concern, reprogram the radio with updated calibration released to TIS2WEB on October 1, 2007 or later. As always, make sure your Tech 2® is updated with the latest software version.
Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
