Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 594039 Size: SH
  1. Remove the filler strip adhesive ends from the bumper.
  2. Pry the filler strips retaining tabs from the bumper.
  3. Remove the bumper filler strip.
  4. Remove all adhesive from the bumper using 3M™ ScotchBrite molding adhesive remover disk 3M™ P/N 07501 or equivalent.
  5. Clean the bumper surface using Varnish Makers and Painters (VMP) naphtha and allow to air dry.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 594039 Size: SH
  1. Remove the tabs from the filler strip adhesive strips.
  2. Press the filler strip retaining tabs into the bumper slots.
  3. Press the adhesive ends down onto the bumper.
