Removal Procedure
- Disconnect the negative battery cable. Refer to
Caution: Unless directed otherwise, the ignition and start switch must be in the OFF or LOCK position, and all electrical loads must be OFF before servicing
any electrical component. Disconnect the negative battery cable to prevent an electrical spark should a tool or equipment come in contact with an exposed electrical terminal. Failure to follow these precautions may result in personal injury and/or damage to
the vehicle or its components.

- Remove the lower right I/P sound insulator. Refer to section 10 A.
- Lower the Fuel Level Sender Gauge Module
by peeling away the velcro strip from the lower side of the Instrument Panel
Storage Compartment.
- Remove the module end cover.
- Remove the circuit board inside the module housing being careful
not to bend or twist the circuit board.
Installation Procedure
- Install the circuit board inside the module housing being careful not to bend
or twist the circuit board.
- Install the module end cover.
- Install the Fuel Level Sender Gauge Module by pressing the module
to the lower side of the Instrument Panel Storage Compartment where the velcro
strip is applied.
- Install the lower right I/P sound insulator. Refer to section
10 A.
- Connect the negative battery cable.
