Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the engine from the vehicle. Refer to Engine Replacement .
  2. Install the engine on a suitable engine stand.
  3. Remove the oil pan. Refer to Oil Pan Removal
  4. Clean the sealing surfaces and the oil pan. Refer to Oil Pan Cleaning and Inspection .

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the oil pan. Refer to Oil Pan Installation .
  2. Remove the engine from the engine stand.
  3. Install the engine into the vehicle. Refer to Engine Replacement .
