DEFINITION: Engine continues to run after key is turned OFF, but runs very rough. If engine runs smooth, check the ignition switch and adjustment.

Fuel System

Test the fuel injectors. Refer to Sequential Multiport Fuel Injector Balance Test .

Additional Checks

Test for short between B+ and any of the ignition feed circuits. Refer to Power Distribution Schematics in Wiring Systems.
