Test CKT 389 (DK GRN) for an open between the PCM/VCM control module and connector C203.

Is there an open in CKT 389 (DK GRN)?

Repair the open in CKT 389 (DK GRN). Refer to Circuit Testing and Wiring Repairs in Wiring Systems.
