Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 925828 Size: SH
  1. Remove the instrument panel carrier. Refer to Instrument Panel Carrier Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
  2. Remove the air distribution duct. Refer to Air Distributor Duct Replacement .
  3. Remove the screw (1) securing the air outlet assembly to the instrument panel carrier.

  4. Remove the air outlet assembly from the instrument panel carrier.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 925834 Size: SH
  1. Install the air outlet assembly into the instrument panel carrier.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 925828 Size: SH
  2. Install the screw (1) securing the air outlet assembly to the instrument panel carrier.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the air outlet assembly screw to 1.9 N·m (17 lb in).

  3. Install the air distribution duct. Refer to Air Distributor Duct Replacement .
  4. Install the Instrument panel carrier. Refer to Instrument Panel Carrier Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
