Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 816598 Size: SH
  1. Remove the retaining screws.

    2. Object Number: 816596 Size: SH
  2. Standing at the rear of pickup, lift in the center of a pickup box bedliner and remove from under the bedrails.

    3. Object Number: 816584 Size: SH
  3. Remove the bedliner from bed.

    4. Object Number: 816601 Size: SH
  4. Remove retainers from tailgate liner and two latch bolts.
  5. Remover liner from tailgate.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 816601 Size: SH
  1. Install tailgate liner.
  2. Install retainers.

    3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  3. Install the latch bolts.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).


    Object Number: 816596 Size: SH
  4. Place bedliner in truck box. Lift from one side and with the aid of an assistant slip the pickup box bedliner wall under the bedrail.

    5. Object Number: 816598 Size: SH
  5. Install the retaining screws until fully seated but not stripped.
