Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 598933 Size: SH
  1. Remove instrument panel door. Refer to Instrument Panel Compartment Door Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
  2. Remove the instrument panel compartment lamp switch from the instrument panel compartment by releasing the retaining tabs.
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the instrument panel compartment lamp switch.
  4. Pull the bulb from the instrument panel compartment lamp switch socket.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 598933 Size: SH
  1. Press bulb into the instrument panel compartment lamp switch socket.
  2. Connect the electrical connector to the instrument panel compartment lamp switch.
  3. Install the instrument panel compartment lamp switch.

    4. Press in until retainers are fully seated.

  4. Install the instrument panel door. Refer to Instrument Panel Compartment Door Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
