Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1759009 Size: SH

    Important: The left-hand drive is shown. The right-hand drive is similar.

  1. Open the hood.
  2. Remove the nuts to access wiper arm nut from the wiper arm.
  3. Lift wiper arm assembly away from windshield and remove wiper arm from pivot shaft.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1759009 Size: SH
  1. Install the wiper arm.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Secure the wiper arm with the nut.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the wiper arm nut to 22 N·m (16 lb ft).

  3. Operate the windshield wipers and inspect for proper operation.
  4. Close the hood.
