Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1768837 Size: SH
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .
  2. Remove the steering column cover. Refer to Steering Column Trim Covers Replacement .

    3. Object Number: 1768903 Size: SH
  3. Set the ignition key to ACC position.
  4. Remove the key cylinder by pushing the disassemble button and pulling out the key, at the same time.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1768907 Size: SH
  1. Set the ignition key to ACC position.
  2. Install the key cylinder by pushing it into the key cylinder housing.

    3. Object Number: 1768837 Size: SH
  3. Install the steering column cover . Refer to Steering Column Trim Covers Replacement .
  4. Connect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .
