Instrument Cluster Replacement C100/Long Body

1. Remove the steering column covers. Refer to Steering Column Trim Covers Replacement.
2. Remove the headlamp leveling control switch. Refer to Headlamp Leveling Switch Replacement.
3. Remove the left instrument panel (I/P) center trim panel.
4. Remove the screw and the I/P center molding.



5. Remove the screws and the instrument cluster bezel.




Note: Perform the SPO reprogramming when instrument cluster replaced.

6. Remove the screws and the instrument cluster.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.




1. Install the instrument cluster with the screws and tighten to 2 N·m (18 lb in).



2. Install the instrument cluster trim panel and tighten the screws to 2 N·m (18 lb in).



3. Install the I/P center molding with the screws.
4. Install the left I/P center trim panel.
5. Install the headlamp leveling control switch. Refer to Headlamp Leveling Switch Replacement.
6. Install the steering column covers. Refer to Steering Column Trim Covers Replacement.

Instrument Cluster Replacement C105/Short Body

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection.
2. Remove the steering column cover. Refer to Steering Column Trim Covers Replacement.



3. Remove the instrument cluster trim panel.

Note: Perform the SPO reprogramming when instrument cluster replaced.

4. Remove the screws and the instrument cluster.
5. Disconnect the electrical connectors.

1. Connect the electrical connectors.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.




2. Install the instrument cluster with the screws and tighten to 2 N·m (18 lb in).
3. Install the instrument cluster trim panel.
4. Install the steering column cover. Refer to Steering Column Trim Covers Replacement.
5. Connect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection.
