Outer Belt Sealing Strip Replacement C100/Long Body

1. Lower the window completely.
2. Remove the window outer sealing strip screw.
3. Remove the outside rearview mirror. Refer to Outside Rearview Mirror Replacement.
4. Lift the window outer sealing strip off the door.

1. Press the outside channel molding onto the door.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

2. Install the window outer sealing strip screw and tighten to 1.3 N·m (12 lb in).
3. Install the outside rearview mirror. Refer to Outside Rearview Mirror Replacement.
4. Raise the window.

Outer Belt Sealing Strip Replacement C105/Short Body

1. Lower the window completely.
2. Remove the window outer sealing strip screws.
3. Remove the outside rearview mirror. Refer to Outside Rearview Mirror Replacement.
4. Lift the window outer sealing strip off the door.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.




1. Press the outside channel molding onto the door.
2. Install the window outer sealing strip screws and tighten to 1.3 N·m (12 lb in).
3. Install the outside rearview mirror. Refer to Outside Rearview Mirror Replacement.
4. Raise the window.
