Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement C100/Long Body

Special Tools

KM-475-A Trim Remover

1. Lower the front window.



2. Remove the front door handle cover.
3. Remove the front door trim panel screws.



4. Pry off the front door trim panel KM-475-A remover .
5. Disconnect the electrical connectors.

1. Install the front door trim panel.
2. Connect the electrical connectors.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.




3. Install the front door trim screws and tighten to 3 N·m (27 lb in).
4. Install the front door handle cover.
5. Raise the front window.

Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement C105/Short Body

Special Tools

KM-475-A Trim Remover

1. Lower the front window.
2. Remove the front door trim panel screws.



3. Pry off the front door trim panel using the KM-475-A remover .
4. Remove the door inner handle cable.
5. Disconnect the electrical connectors.

1. Connect the electrical connectors.
2. Install the door inner handle cable.
3. Install the front door trim panel.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.




4. Install the front door trim screws and tighten to 3 N·m (27 lb in).
5. Raise the front window.
