Rear Seat Center Belt Buckle Replacement C100

Removal Procedure


    Object Number: 1793659  Size: SH
  1. Fold the left rear seat forward.

  2. Object Number: 1793667  Size: SH
  3. Remove the screws and the rear seat outboard covers.

  4. Object Number: 1761031  Size: SH
  5. Remove the upper clip on the gas support assembly.
  6. Disconnect the upper joint of the gas support assembly.

  7. Object Number: 1793670  Size: SH
  8. Remove the screws and the rear seat inboard cover.

  9. Object Number: 1793678  Size: SH
  10. Remove the bolt (1) and the seat belt buckle (2).

Installation Procedure

    Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1793678  Size: SH
  1. Install the seat belt buckle (2) and secure with bolt (1) and tighten to 38 N·m (28 lb ft).

  2. Object Number: 1793670  Size: SH
  3. Install the rear seat inboard cover and sure with the screws.

  4. Object Number: 1761031  Size: SH
  5. Connect the upper joint of the gas support assembly and install the clip.

  6. Object Number: 1793667  Size: SH
  7. Install the rear seat outboard covers and secure with the screws.

Removal Procedure


    Object Number: 1837434  Size: SH
  1. Remove the screws and the compartment front tray.

  2. Object Number: 1793659  Size: SH
  3. Fold the left rear seatback forward.
  4. Release the seat lock by pushing the lever forward on both seat legs.
  5. Fold the rear left seat assembly forward.

  6. Object Number: 1793678  Size: SH
  7. Remove the bolt (1) and the seat belt buckle (2).

Installation Procedure

    Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1793678  Size: SH
  1. Install the seat belt buckle (2) and secure with bolt (1) and tighten to 38 N·m (28 lb ft).
  2. Reposition the left rear seat assembly.

  3. Object Number: 1837434  Size: SH
  4. Install the compartment front tray and the screws.
