Revised Cylinder Head M12 Bolt Fastener Tightening Specifications

This bulletin is being revised to inform dealerships that service information is no longer correct. Refer to Service Bulletin 07-06-01-009 for head gasket identification and head bolt torque specifications. Please discard Corporate Bulletin Number 02-06-01-036 (Section 06 -- Engine/Propulsion System).

Notice:  If a cylinder head gasket is found to be absent of thickness grade markings, refer to Service Bulletin 07-06-01-009 for gasket identification.

The revised head bolt specification can be found in SI or refer to Service Bulletin 07-06-01-009 for head bolt torque specification change.
