Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the instrument cluster panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Cluster Trim Plate Bezel Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.

  2. Object Number: 823465  Size: SH
  3. Remove the screws that secure the radio to the support bracket.
  4. Remove the radio from the support bracket enough to access the connectors at rear of the radio.

  5. Object Number: 823466  Size: SH
  6. Disconnect the electrical/audio and antenna cable connectors from the radio.
  7. Remove the radio.

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 823466  Size: SH
  1. Connect the electrical/audio and antenna cable connectors to the radio.

  2. Object Number: 823465  Size: SH
  3. Install the radio into the support bracket.
  4. Align the radio locator tab into the support bracket locator hole.
  5. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  6. Install the radio control retaining screws.
  7. Tighten
    Tighten the screws to 2 N·m (18 lb in).

  8. Install the instrument cluster panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Cluster Trim Plate Bezel Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
  9. Calibrate the new radio assembly. Refer to Service Programming System (SPS) in Programming.
