Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 890491 Size: SH
  1. Raise and suitably support the vehicle with safety stands. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
  2. Remove the engine front mount bracket to engine front mount bolt.
  3. Lift the engine to take the weight off the mounts.

    4. Object Number: 890499 Size: SH
  4. Remove the engine mount bracket to engine bolt.
  5. Remove the engine mount bracket.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 890499 Size: SH
  1. Install the engine mount bracket to the engine.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the engine mount bracket to engine bolts.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the engine mount bracket to engine bolts to 70 N·m (52 lb ft).

  3. Lower the engine on to the front engine mounts.

    4. Object Number: 890491 Size: SH
  4. Install the engine front mount brackets to engine front mount bolt.

    5. Tighten
    Tighten the engine front mount bolts to 240 N·m (178 lb ft).

  5. Remove the safety stands.
  6. Lower the vehicle.
