Blower Motor Replacement L18, LG4, LG5

1. Disconnect the blower motor electrical connector.
2. Remove the blower motor cooling tube.
3. Remove the blower motor retaining screws (4).
4. Remove the blower motor (3).
5. Remove the retaining clip from the fan cage.
6. Remove the fan cage (2) from the blower motor.

1. Install the fan cage (2) to the blower motor (3).
2. Install the retaining clip to the fan cage.
3. Install the blower motor (1).

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

4. Install the blower motor retaining screws (4).

Tighten
Tighten the screws to 2 N·m (18 lb in).

5. Install the blower motor cooling tube.
6. Connect the blower motor electrical connector.
