1. Remove the mounting bolt.



2. Remove the wiring harness.
3. Remove the switch.

1. Install the switch.
2. Install the mounting bolt.



3. Install the wiring harness.

Parking Brake Indicator Switch Replacement MWE

1. Remove the dash trim panel as needed.



2. Remove the mounting bolt.
3. Remove the switch.

1. Install the switch.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

2. Install the mounting bolt.

Tighten
Tighten the park brake switch bolt to 7 N·m (62 lb ft).

3. Install the dash trim panels as needed.
