Removal Procedure
  1. Open the rear door.

    2. Object Number: 803793 Size: SH
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector.
  3. Remove the door trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement.

    4. Object Number: 828472 Size: SH
  4. Remove the check link. Refer to Front Side Door Check Link Replacement.
  5. Support the door.

    6. Object Number: 828470 Size: SH
  6. Remove the bolt from the lower door side hinge.
  7. Remove the bolt from the upper door side hinge.
  8. With the aid of an assistant, remove the door.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 828470 Size: SH
  1. With the aid of an assistant, install the door.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the bolt to the upper door side hinge.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the bolt to 33 N·m (24 lb in).

  3. Install the bolt to the lower door side hinge.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the bolt to 33 N·m (24 lb in).

  4. Install the check link. Refer to Front Side Door Check Link Replacement.
  5. Install the door trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement.

    6. Object Number: 803793 Size: SH
  6. Connect the electrical connector.
  7. Close the rear door.
