Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 822271 Size: SH

    Note: The ignition should always be OFF when removing or installing the throttle actuator control (TAC) module connectors.

  1. Remove the electrical connectors from the TAC module.
  2. Remove the TAC module from the multi-use module bracket shelf.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 822271 Size: SH
  1. Install the TAC module to the multi-use module bracket shelf with 3 nuts.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Connect the electrical connectors to the TAC module.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the TAC module nuts to 9 N·m (80 lb in).
