    Object Number: 663817 Size: SH
  1. Apply a 2-3 mm (0.08-0.12) wide by 0.5-1.5 mm (0.0196-0.0590) high bead of GM P/N 12378521 (Canadian P/N 88901148) sealant to the lower oil pan mating surface.

    2. Object Number: 1413467 Size: SH
  2. Install the lower oil pan.

    3. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1413520 Size: SH
  3. Install the lower oil pan bolts and nuts. Tighten the lower oil pan bolts and nuts in sequence to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

    4. Object Number: 1413466 Size: SH
  4. Connect the oil level sensor.
