Removal Procedure
  1. Disconnect the electrical connector from the horn.

    2. Object Number: 816355 Size: SH
  2. Remove the horn mounting bolt.
  3. Remove the horn.

    4. Object Number: 881160 Size: SH
  4. If equipped with dual horns, remove horns.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 816355 Size: SH
  1. Install the horn to the frame rail.

    2. Object Number: 881160 Size: SH
  2. If equipped with dual horn, install horns.

    3. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  3. Install horn mounting bolt.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the bolt to 17 N·m (13 lb ft).

  4. Connect the horn electrical connector to the horns.
