Removal Procedure
  1. Support the transfer case with a suitable jack.

    2. Object Number: 1341889 Size: SH
  2. Remove the transfer case crossmember mount nut.
  3. Remove the transfer case crossmember mount bolt and washer.
  4. Remove the transfer case crossmember mount.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1341889 Size: SH
  1. Install the transfer case crossmember mount.
  2. Install the transfer case crossmember mount bolt and washer.

    3. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  3. Install the transfer case crossmember mount nut.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the nut to 125 N·m (92 lb ft).

  4. Remove the support from the vehicle.
