2	Turn the ignition to the OFF position. Disconnect the scan tool from the data link connector (DLC). Disconnect C1 from the electronic brake control module (EBCM). Connect a DMM between terminal F of the EBCM and terminal 12 of the DLC. Is continuity present?	--	Go to Step 3	Go to Step 4

4	Locate and repair the open or cause of resistance in CKT 799 (TAN/WHT) between the EBCM and the DLC. Refer to Wiring Repairs in Wiring Systems. Is the repair complete?	--	Go to Diagnostic System Check in Antilock Brake System	--
